IncidentTypeID	The Incident Type ID	integer	None.
Name	The Incident Type name	string	Required String length: inclusive between 0 and 50
CLIs	Determines whether the Incident Type is an Openreach incident	integer	None.
OpenReach	Determines whether the Incident Type is an Openreach incident	integer	None.
SupervisorEmail	Email address of the supervisor of the Incident Type	string	String length: inclusive between 0 and 255
Default	indicates whether the Incident Type is the default Incident Type selected when a user reports a fault	boolean	Required
Discontinue	Indicates whether the Incident Type has been discontinued	boolean	Required
